Let’s set up NotiKeep.

Only works on iOS 27 or later. On iPhone 11 and iPhone SE (2nd generation) or newer, update in Settings › General › Software Update. iPhone XR, XS, and earlier can’t get iOS 27. See the list of models.

First-time setup

  1. Open NotiKeep and tap Set up. If you’ve already finished the intro, go to Settings › Set up capture.
  2. Tap Add to Shortcuts, choose Shortcuts in the share sheet, and confirm the import of Salvar no NotiKeep.
  3. In Shortcuts, open the shortcut, tap Edit, then the trigger’s arrow. Turn on Automation.
  4. Choose the apps you want to capture. The shortcut comes with WhatsApp; you can add other installed apps.
  5. Get a notification from one of those apps. The text shows up in the Recents tab.

Common questions

Notifications aren’t showing up. What should I check?

Make sure your iPhone is on iOS 27 or later, the automation is turned on, and the source app is selected. That app has to send a notification with visible text. Muted chats and notifications without previews don’t include the message. If you set it up manually, also fill in App ID with Notification › App › Bundle Identifier.

Does NotiKeep recover old messages?

It only saves notifications received after setup. It doesn’t access the source app’s history. If a message is deleted after it was captured, the received text stays saved. NotiKeep doesn’t detect on its own which messages were deleted or edited, but you can mark them manually.

Are photos, videos, and audio saved too?

No. Only the text provided by the notification reaches NotiKeep. Photos, videos, audio, and profile photos aren’t saved.

What’s the difference between Free and Pro?

The free plan unlocks the history of one app, with search, manual labels, selection, bulk delete, JSON export, and the daily summary. Other apps keep being captured, but their content stays locked. Pro unlocks all apps, favorites, advanced search, and CSV and PDF export while the subscription is active. Nothing is deleted when the subscription ends.

How do I export my history?

Go to Settings › Export history, or use Export results in the menu of a search or conversation. JSON is free; CSV and PDF are part of Pro. The file only leaves your iPhone when you choose where to share it.

What is the daily summary?

An optional local reminder, at the time you choose, with the number of notifications saved that day. It only appears on days with captures and doesn’t show message text. Turn it on in Settings.

How do I stop sharing usage data?

Go to Settings › Share usage data. Turning it off stops new uploads and clears the local queue and identifier.

How do I restore or cancel my subscription?

To restore, go to Settings › NotiKeep Pro › Restore purchases, using the same Apple Account you bought with. To manage or cancel, use Manage subscription or iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions. The 7-day trial, when available and you’re eligible, renews into the paid subscription when it ends.

How do I delete my history?

In NotiKeep, go to Settings › Delete all history and confirm. This can’t be undone. The app’s data is also removed when you delete the app.
